A Design Thinking Mindset is a way of thinking that is characterized by four key features:

A focus on the user:
Design Thinking starts with the user. It's all about understanding their needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.

A bias for action:
Design Thinking is all about taking action and putting your ideas into practice. It's not enough to just have a good idea; you need to take action and make it happen.

A willingness to experiment:
