What exactly do you do?

I help e-commerce brands improve their conversion rates. I audit stores to find where customers get stuck, then design the fixes. I also offer a subscription for unlimited ongoing design work.

Who do you work with?

E-commerce companies doing €1M-€10M in annual revenue. Typically they have a marketing team but no dedicated design team, and they've outgrown templates but aren't ready to hire a full-time senior designer.

How is this different from an agency?

Direct communication with me, not an account manager. Fixed prices, not hourly billing. One person from start to finish, not handoffs between team members. Fast turnaround, not weeks of waiting.

UX Audits

What's included in an audit?

A video walkthrough where I navigate your site and explain every friction point I find. A Notion document with all issues prioritized by impact. And Figma designs showing exactly what to change (Essential and Complete tiers).

How long does an audit take?

QuickScan: 48 hours. Essential: 1 week. Complete: 2 weeks. I'll confirm the exact timeline before we start.

Do you implement the changes?

No. I focus on research and design to maintain quality. I deliver Figma files that any developer can implement. If you need dev help, I can recommend trusted partners.

What platforms do you audit?

Any platform: Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, custom builds. The UX principles are the same.

Design Subscription

How does the subscription work?

You add design requests to a Trello board. I work through them one at a time, completing each before moving to the next. Average turnaround is 48 hours. You can add unlimited requests and get unlimited revisions.

What can I request?

Anything design-related: product pages, landing pages, email templates, social assets, banners, design system components, presentation decks, even print materials.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Billing cycles are monthly. You can pause anytime and resume when you're ready. Unused days roll over.

What if I need faster turnaround?

Most requests are done within 48 hours. If you consistently need same-day turnaround on multiple requests simultaneously, the subscription might not be the right fit.

Working Together

How do we communicate?

Slack for async communication. Video calls when needed. I'm in the CET timezone (Netherlands).

What tools do you use?

Figma for all design work. Notion for documentation. Trello for request management. Loom for video walkthroughs.

What's your refund policy?

For audits: 100% refund if you're not satisfied. I've never had to do this. For subscriptions: you can cancel anytime, but there are no refunds for partially used months.
